CopaAir Maintenance Services, Inc., officially started business November 2006. From the start, we have been committed to honesty & professional integrity. C.M.S. offers full service maintenance repair and inspection work. Our speciality work is "covered" thru Ragwing Restorations; we specialize in vintage fabric aircraft recovery and restoration here at our facility. C.M.S. Incorporated is owned and operated by Charles & Abigail Stence of Indiantown, FL.

Charles Stence is an A&P with an Inspection Authorization (IA). Charles is also a private pilot with tailwheel, complex and high performance endorsements. He has time in over 23 makes and models of aircraft and is currently persuing his IFR rating. He earned his A&P at Pennyslvania School of Technology, an affiliate of PennState University. Before owning and operating C.M.S., Charles worked at AMP Aviation, a small maintenance shop that preceded CMS on the field at a X-58. 

 

  

 

 

Jeff Wagoner started working at CMS in October 2007. As well as having a wide range of experience in both aviation and non-aviation fields, he is also a private pilot with his instrument rating, tailwheel and high-performance endorsement. His mechanical experience is wide-ranged, including areas outside of aviation. His large area of expertise makes him a great asset to the shop.
